My Sister!

My favorite relative is my sister Francisca, she's 18 years old. We took two years so we've always been very close, especially this last year.

She was born on January 12, and I on 20 of the same month, but we're not of the same Zodiacal sign. We're very different in character, I'm Aquarius and she's Capricorn. So when we have problems or difficult situations she reacts differently to me.

I choose her as my favorite relative because she makes me laugh and is a very pleasant company, a few years ago she had a very complicated temperament but not now, now she's more mature and friendly. Actually we are so close, she's a good friend.

She is doing the pre-university to enter next year at University, so we occasionally studied together, she listens to me read all the time and I help as I can. On weekends we share with our friends and had a good time. The best of all is that we have almost the same friends, so it's more fun.

Francisca loves to watch funny videos, then she can learn by memory and imitate it. We always laugh when we dined with my boyfriend and my mom.

I have many memories with my sister from childhood, but the first that comes to my mind is the birthday of one of our friends, she was with me and got drunk to the legs, then we back walking up to the house very drunk. It was so funny,  I'll never forget it.

Gender roles and stereotypes

 
1) yes, i agree strongly with the article, because for me, stereotypes are just a lie that has pass in 

    generation by generation. Like the article said, Our gender is only part of who we are; it does not 
    define us as people.

     2) one of the biological stereotype is for example that Women are not as strong as men, because 
     i think our body is very much weightless, but like a said, maybe is like that because our very very 
     past generation made that.

  3)   i think that some stereotypes more that be a simple gender stereotypes are racist action, like 
    the womens steorytipes like:

-Women are supposed to have "clean jobs" such as secretaries, teachers, and librarians

-Women are supposed to make less money than men

-Women are meant to be the damsel in distress; never the hero

 In other words i really think that those stereotypes are bullshit.

by other hand, i think is very similar with the boys that not like the football or cars, or simply thinks 
that it supposed to like, i talk about:

-All men enjoy working on cars

-Men play sports

-Men do not cook, sew, or do crafts

Stereotypes are one of the worst things that help the racist action and not fight for the diversity and
 the freedom.

My future career...

I’m in my second year of my carreer, and really, i’m not sure completely about what I’m going to do when i get out of the university. Yes, I have some ideas, really good ideas, but what i dont know is how to implement those ideas. Thats the issue about my future, but all my ideas  if i execute by a great plan, i hope that i will be really succesfull.

One of my favourites ideas is to create a enterprise about food. A enterprise who will innovate the typical food, i hope to import something that here in chile is very rare, i will make a great business and if it works, i will keep studying to success my real dream. Be a great coroner.

Like i said , my real dream even when i was younger, was to be a coroner, if i make a good business, i will have time and money to keep on the university and study what is necessary to being a really great coroner. I have very much faith and security of my future, it will be really succesfull, and will be all that i was hope.

A picture that I like!

 
This photo means a lot to me because it's the day of my graduation in 2011 , pictured left I see myself, next my mother and my sister finally . In the picture is very easy see that we ware very excited because I was in high school from first base , my sister to, so it was very emotional because everyone knew they were all friends, my sister and my friends , my mom with parents , etc...

 I remember my graduation ceremony was beautiful and emotional , a classmate flamenco dancer off me a few tears as he danced , she did very well. But by far the most emotional moment for me was when my teacher said for last time the year list, was the last time that I hear my name between those were my companions for 12 years.

 It was a day of mixed feelings, but away I was filled with happiness because I was happy to finish college , have long looked forward to was over, but also miss my friends. A group of my best best friends frequently keep watching , the rest of the group I saw not . I guess we understand the sadness we had that day because, we knew that many wouldn´t see in a while , or maybe never .
 

Why I want become in a veterinarian?

Since elementary school I always knew I liked science and medicine in particular, I was so interested in forensics, and in fact I have even the idea of working in that area.
I always lived with pets, In my live had 4 dogs , some chickens , a parrot, a frog, a rabbit and a cuy. Now I have two dogs only.
I decided study veterinary medicine because it is everything I want, the sciences, the medina and is much better if focused on animals. What motivates me in this race is that it is much workplace, I work on several things until I  find the one that fits me . I don´t  give up my dream of working in forensics , in fact here's an elective that, I 'll take the other half , no doubt.

My university experience so far has been good , interesting, I met good people , I really entertain . Academics sometimes stresses me , is very demanding, hard time  getting good marks , but I will not give up, I have to work hard , and hope soon to see the results.

I have several ideas to work on in the future, but are secret! , actually the area of food may be mine , I don´t see me working with dogs and cats, but... I don´t know!, I'm only in second year and I have much yet , there are plenty of time to think through what do.

What is my favourite piece of technology for veterinary medicine?

  My favourite piece of technology is my notebook. My mom gave it to me last Chrismas, I love it, because is so fast, small, lightweight and cute that I occupy everywhere, to study, to play, to facebook, and to see my series and movies.

The best utility I give is when study is too necessary for this race where you have to be studying with books and notebook. But take care it as entertainment in the beautiful photos edited to take my pets, my family and my boyfriend. I have a iphone, this piece takes photos very good, they are always very cute. And I like to see many movies and series, for example I am now seeing “Hannibal”, is very good.

My life would be totally different without my notebook, I would get too bored and everything would be very difficult, would have to live in a library and I honestly don´t have time for that.

Agree or Disagree ??

The Chilean tradition "mechoneo"
Disagree with this tradition al all, because to me it was a horrible experience, I was about to cry. I think this activity  is soo humiliating, because the mechones don´t have any fault and they have to allow to do whatever they want with them.
Definitively I don't agree with that, for this I dind´t participate in the mechoneo this year.

Same-sex marriage
Personally, I think that does not matter much, it´s a  personal decision, if the people who wants this for them lives is more happy with this for me is good, is really good. Other thing is the adoption, this is something that I can´t permit.


Social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
 This topic I like it soo much, I think that social netwoks it is a very uselful tool for anyone, you´ll have fun with this, and also sometimes makes your life very easy, obviously certain limit, is not the idea that facebook steal your life.

"Barras bravas"
 I don't agree with this "Barras Bravas" or hooligans, I never liked football. In my house never saw football so It makes me soo difficult understand the passion that people feel for him, I respect him, but I don`t understand. As for hooligans, I think they are a group of criminals who discredit football, should no longer exist.

Legalizing marijuana

In my experience I love the idea that politicians legalize marijuana, would be something perhaps risky at first, but finally, a breakthrough for our country would, to some extent diminish much drug traffcking among other effects. I like the idea that in the future the marijuana change the culture of Chile, that would be beautiful.
